What Happens Next
New patients begin with a Complete Bio-Functional Analysis, where we take time to understand your health history, listen carefully to your concerns, and use a variety of assessment tools to help identify the underlying factors contributing to your health challenges, as well as what may be interfering with your body’s ability to heal at an optimal level. Before your first visit, please visit our New Patient Forms page to review the New Patient Letter and complete the necessary forms.
A few days after your first visit, you will return for a Report of Findings. We use the time between these first two visits to carefully study your records, health history, symptoms, and test results, and to develop a Customized Health Recovery and Support Plan. At the Report of Findings, your practitioner will explain what was found, answer your questions, and walk you through the recommended plan.

Regarding Insurance: Vital Health does not process insurance claims. Payment is due at the time of service. If you have insurance, we can provide a statement that you may submit to your insurance company. Reimbursement depends on your individual plan and coverage.
