So often we feel off kilter. Our emotional balance seems to lean more on the side of depression and anxiety, than on the side on enthusiasm and a healthy view of life. Sometimes the reasons are known – such as financial or marital stress, other times it is not known.
Health concerns such as fatigue, worry about a health condition or side effects of medications also contribute to emotional instability. These could be either known or unknown.
Much of the time what we define as depression is simply fatigue, loss of interest, sadness, loneliness and others. Depression is mostly an amalgamation of different emotions all jumbled together into one miserable state!
There are several factors that affect emotional balance: healthy hormonal health, proper nutrition, a body free of toxic burden, all organs functioning at appropriate capacity, and of course situational and past events. Most of the time when there is emotional instability there are more than one of these factors involved.
