“The Weston A. Price Foundation is a nonprofit, tax-exempt charity founded in 1999 to disseminate the research of nutrition pioneer Dr. Weston Price, whose studies of isolated nonindustrialized peoples established the parameters of human health and determined the optimum characteristics of human diets. Dr. Price’s research demonstrated that humans achieve perfect physical form and perfect health generation after generation only when they consume nutrient-dense whole foods and the vital fat-soluble activators found exclusively in animal fats.

The Foundation is dedicated to restoring nutrient-dense foods to the human diet through education, research and activism. It supports a number of movements that contribute to this objective including accurate nutrition instruction, organic and biodynamic farming, pasture-feeding of livestock, community-supported farms, honest and informative labeling, prepared parenting and nurturing therapies. Specific goals include establishment of universal access to clean, certified raw milk and a ban on the use of soy formula for infants.”

“The International Foundation for Nutrition and Health is a non-profit educational organization reaching out to healthcare professionals.  The focus of IFNH is on whole food nutritional research spanning over 140 years from many renowned leaders in the fields of medicine, biochemistry and dentistry.  IFNH was given the mission of keeping the spirit of Dr. Royal Lee and the work of the Lee Foundation alive.  IFNH takes the responsibility and custodianship of the Lee Foundation for Nutritional Research seriously.  In that endeavor we feel it is our duty to perpetuate those philosophies on whole food nutrition.  IFNH has strived to re-publish many of the original copyrighted works held in trust by the Lee Foundation including those held by Dr’s. Price, Pottenger, Page, Lee, Harrower, Hawkins, Myers, Wiley, Tilden, and Bechamp as well as other notable nutrition pioneers.  These early pioneers of nutrition paved the way for many healthcare professionals and researchers of today.  It is our belief that these classic works are as important today as when they were first published.”

Pottenger, Jr., MD, and most of the great nutrition pioneers of our time, as well as maintaining a library of over 10,000 historical and contemporary references.”

“The Environmental Working Group’s mission is to empower people to live healthier lives in a healthier environment…

We are a non-profit, non-partisan organization dedicated to protecting human health and the environment.

We work for you.  Do you know what’s in your tap water? What about your shampoo? What’s lurking in the cleaners underneath your sink? What pesticides are on your food? How about the farms, fracking wells and factories in your local area? Do you know what safeguards they use to protect your water, soil, air and your kids? Which large agribusinesses get your tax dollars and why?  What are GMOs? What do they do to our land and water?

More than two decades ago EWG set out to answer these questions, and more, and to empower you to get to know your environment and protect your health…

EWG is educating and empowering consumers to make safer and more informed decisions about the products they buy and the companies they support.”
